The last time I ordered from MOD, they were having a rough time: their machines were down, they ran out of dough, and all this was happening in the middle of dinner rush.
However, the way their employees conducted themselves in this stressful situation was both highly professional and a testament to the care they have for their customers. They were able to provide various options for crust (gluten-free and cauliflower), refund orders that needed them, and gave out free drinks and coupons for a free pizza for the inconvenience.
I definitely feel bad for those employees, but the way they handled a situation out of their control and still deliver a delicious pizza will only solidify my dedication as a customer to this company.
Tried gluten free crust for the first time this week. Pizza was great. Would have liked ability to order size larger than medium, but that was a minor inconvenience. Significantly more expensive, however.
IHOP was clean and not too busy at 4:30 in the afternoon. There was eight of us and four of us were children and 5 who were gluten-free.
They have a gluten-free pancake batter and of course bacon and potatoes are gluten-free. Things worked out very well, the food was very good
Called with a complex order of pizzas for a party. Perfectly executed and ready in 30 minutes! Their pizzas are amazing! (The gluten-free is fantastic and the best in the area - but only if you're not too worried about cross contamination!)
Was highly disappointed in their gluten free options. They had many items available for gluten free on menu but when we ordered we were told the pistachio waffles weren’t available in gluten free. Then we were told the only thing avalible gluten free were the plain pancakes. Don’t know if there were to lazy to make them gluten free but it definitely made the experience not worth it as we went there for the options of gluten free in the menu. Other than that the food was good but I left disappointed with the experience .
Tasty lunch...gluten free pizza was good..other items good too. Drink good flavor and reasonable price.. get the ap for specials. .great place..I'll go back many times for sure...waiter was a very nice young man.. double checked gluten in items qith chef...fish fry was good by the way.. thanks
*gluten free buns
*large drink menu
*Gave a four for atmosphere due to how loud it is. This wouldn't bother most people but since I'm hearing impaired, loud environments are challenging. What makes it so loud? The way the wood interior is designed (no sound absorption), but this is also what makes the place unique and appealing.
My grandparents have talked about the red bus for weeks and I finally got to go! It was delicious and the bus is a really unique place that I definitely recommend! (Also for individuals with food allergies/intolerances there are plenty of options - I was able to order a gluten free, dairy free and garlic free potato ball with chicken)
