Great little grocery store with lots of natural, organic, local, vegetarian / vegan, and gluten free products. The selection was good but limited since it is a little store and ever so slightly more expensive than the bigger grocery store up the street which didn’t have any organic/natural or special diet products. Amanda (I think that’s her name, with black hair) helped us and she was so very nice, even though we happened to have come just as several other people were trickling in. There was another woman who was a bit more frazzled and curt, but we could tell she was still nice just a bit overwhelmed.

I'm vegetarian and my partner has celiac disease. The staff were understanding, accommodating, and informed. The food was outstanding. If we're every back in the area we will make it a point to eat here again.

A gem in the Grand Staircase. This place has become a must stop on our trips and we plan our trips to make sure we are passing through on a day that they are open. Amazing coffee and great gluten full and gluten free options.

What a great little spot. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, My lady has a gluten allergy, and they did everything to make her meal wonderful and safe.
