We went to The Leaf this morning for breakfast and being Gluten Free has never been easier. The GF options were some of the best I have ever had. Service was great and food to match
I drive 35 minutes to go to Mariola. We love the pasta as the gluten-free options. The pizzas the iced tea is fantastic as is the decor. In fact, if you haven’t seen the men’s bathroom tile, definitely poke your head in really we are fans of this place and it’s become a favorite.
I am literally obsessed with their food. They make a gluten free pizza with jalapeños that is better than any “regular” pizza I have ever had. And the salad with the apples and cranberries is my favorite, better than any sit down restaurant’s salad! My husband loves the Italian sub. We are done with all other pizza joints. It takes us 25 minutes to get to Donato’s Wooster and we don’t care. Plus we adore the manager, Lexie!! She’s the best!!!
This was most definitely an unpleasant experience. No one was there when I arrived (2 HOURS before they closed) and they were talking with an employee who had just gotten off. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere shifted negatively as if me causing them to have to do their jobs was an inconvenience. One of my sandwich’s was gluten free due to an allergy and from this point on I was met with nothing but attitude. One of my sandwich’s wasn’t cut (whatever it’s the little things once you’ve been treated that poorly for having the stand there that long) and DRENCHED in oil and vinegar (the vinegar I didn’t want but they either didn’t hear me or didn’t care).it Was Sunday so kids eat free, and as to where I would’ve been willing to pay for the sandwich anyway, they still tried to charge me for it. And once I pointed at the ad on the window, the guy just looked at me blankly and said yeah? But still didn’t change it. When another employee did notice I said I’m sorry and thank you and I was met with nothing but being ignored . I’m not one to feel bullied often. But this was insanely disrespectful from start to finish. There aren’t many safe gluten free places that are quick, and this was a favorite of mine. Disappointingly will not be returning.
Had dinner on a busy Saturday and everything was fantastic! Our server Olivia made great recommendations and she was so sweet and friendly. A very kind manager was on the floor helping out her staff and chatting with guests too. They also have gluten free pasta which was much appreciated! We will definitely be back
Great place to shop or on line for pick up or home delivery. They have many products that are gluten free thru out the store. So if you have celiac disease this is the place for you.
This store has so much to offer. Unique crafts made by local artists, fresh produce, teas and breads and much more. They even have gluten free breads and cupcakes. Looking forward to going back.
They are not capable of making orders correctly and do not follow appropriate cross-contamination measures for gluten free item requests like most other locations do.
It isn't hard to read an order or change gloves. Try harder.
What a genuinely nice staff, great atmosphere, great outside dining and great food. The Mango lassi is awesome.
The tandoori chicken is so good I can't describe how good this is. The chicken masala is really good. The naan is really good too.
They do a great job of labeling their menu of what is gluten free and what is not as well. I found that very helpful.
I'm not cultured enough or something to give this place the the glowing review that it deserves. The only place that ever impressed me as much as this place was Bombay Sitar in belden village and the Curry Pot is just as good if not better.
I love this place.
Keep up the great work, guys.
Nick
A+
This is a very nice coffee shop with a variety of brunch sandwiches. They have gluten free bread too, which is great. They have a design your own breakfast sandwich, which includes, eggs, a meat, a cheese, and spreads, such as avocado, pesto, mayo ect. The prices are comparable to most restaurants. I highly recommend this cafe.
We went to Salsaroja for the first time and now it's our favorite restaurant in Wooster! Vegetarian and gluten free options, as well as a good variety of proteins.
The owner was working there today and was friendly and very helpful. It was our first time there and we went sure what to get because one of us is keto and the other is dairy free and gluten free. The owner asked us a few questions then recommended the right drinks. They have options for keto diet and dairy free gluten free and vegan.
The Spoon is known to have Gluten free options in Wooster. I have never been so appalled at the lack of care and concern when. I asked if a seasonal special was GF. The female that was at the register said “I don’t know” the became very frustrated and said “I doubt the chef will answer her phone and I will have to go and check every single ingredient!” With a significant attitude and rolled her eyes. She walked away and then came back and said yes it was. (I am hoping it was because we went ahead and ordered!!!). The rudeness of the staff and lack of concern …. We will NEVER be back!!
This is why my daughter doesn’t like to go out to eat because of people that don’t give a crap.
Never a bad experience at this location. The wait is rarely very long. Portions are good. Location is clean. And as usual chipotle is great for vegans and vegetarians or this who are gluten or dairy free.
Attentive and delightful staff.
Wide variety of flavors, both traditional tapioca and popping boba. Gluten free options.
Inviting and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
I love stopping here! Sure House offers high quality coffee with house-made syrups! Delicious espresso blend and syrup options. Their pastries are fantastic, with some gluten free options as well! I recommend the everything cretzel, or if you are looking for a gluten free option, try the blueberry scone! Their chocolate ganache is fantastic. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ll keep coming back again and again!
Boo Bear’s always has a lovely, creative menu with house-made syrups! They serve quality drinks with very reasonable prices. I love the coziness of this coffee shop. The service is always pristine with friendly, helpful workers. I appreciate the vegan and gluten free options for snacks!
Gluten free buns are available, you just have to ask. I had a burger, hubby had strip steak. Both dishes were good, though the burger was a bit well done for my preference.
Simply delicious. The pho was perfect. And the spring rolls were awesome. The ambiance was casual and informal. The service was very good. My wife is Celiac and has to be sure she doesn't eat gluten. The server was very knowledgeable and they have lots of dishes for gluten free folks. They don't serve alcohol, but that's okay with me because I don't drink. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes.
