I just recently order from spin for the first time and I love it! I’ve been ordering their gluten free crust pizza and side of marinara, and it is so good! I really enjoy their marinara because it is more on the runny side and not overpowering. I haven’t been disappointed by any of the pizzas that I have ordered.

I went because of the gluten free menu. So much to offer. I’ve never been to a place before that had a gluten free menu. The food was amazing. We are visiting Omaha for a couple of weeks and definitely going back.

I pre-ordered delivery for 7:15 pm, order placed at approximately 6:00 pm. The main reason Copps was chosen was because a friend can’t eat gluten and she likes their Keto crust. Despite the order being placed at 6:00, I was not contacted until 6:42 pm to let me know they were out of Keto crust. I asked if we could cancel the whole order since the only reason we picked Copps was for that crust, and was told no. The women on the phone was incredibly rude when I asked. My friend said if we couldn’t cancel then she just wanted something else gluten free since she is highly allergic. The next issue was that the pizza was not delivered until after 7:45 pm. They do delivery through door dash and the driver was waiting for the pizza for over 30 Minutes. Overall, I was unhappy with the customer service and the very delayed delivery time. The way I was spoken to on the phone is the reason I will not return. Reading reviews, it’s clear others have also been spoken to incredibly rudely by staff

As my folks were in town, they enjoy their red Robin in Colorado, however as a treat decided to have a family dinner that I thought would please all. With my mother having an allergic reaction to gluten knowing they offer and usually follow celiac guidelines strictly, this visit she even asked gluten free bun since no indicator other wise waiter and manger both informed it was, within minutes off to the restroom and sick rest of the evening. Needless to say compensated for her meal, however if that's the care taken for a person's allergies especially when asked twice if it was correct I would recommend even if offered gluten free to avoid this location.

Ordered some last minute gluten and dairy free cupcakes for Christmas (I’m talking 2 days before Christmas Eve they accepted my order). I of course had to taste one before guests come, and they are DELICIOUS. I am new to the GF/DF diet so I second guessed if they were really gluten and dairy free because you really can’t tell any difference! They really are that good! We will definitely be back for our GF/DF dessert needs!
