Dinner from Rusty Bucket via DoorDash was a hit with the whole family. I ordered the gluten-free bacon burger, and it exceeded expectations—great flavor, generous portion, and a gluten-free bun that actually held together well (a rare win!).
The kids also had gluten-free bacon burgers, The Mr. got a classic burger, and we added a slice of strawberry cheesecake for Grandma—she said it was creamy and delicious. Everything arrived hot and well-packaged. There were a few small topping errors, but DoorDash customer service handled it right away—super easy and stress-free.
If you're looking for a family-friendly meal with solid gluten-free options, Rusty Bucket delivers—literally and figuratively.
I went in for dinner with my husband and the food was great. Our server Elle was wonderful very attentive and knew the menu very well and made it easy to find gluten and dairy free options for myself. I would go back.
The food is always delicious! Unfortunately, prices have went up and their portions were smaller today. Although it's like that most everywhere since Covid, I still feel prices are excessive for the portions, like two tacos with a small portion of rice and beans $17. And today the nachos did not have much meat! 😞 The chips and guac were both fresh and high quality.
The highlight of our visit today was the wonderful lady that greeted and assisted us, Rachel. She couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful! She made sure we had cutlery, salsa, and napkins, double checked that our order was gluten free, offered us a drink while we waited, and more. If she's not a manager, she definitely should be! This is the exact warm and inviting person you want as the first impression for your business! She's on my list of people I'd recruit if I was still an HR Manager. Thank you for your hospitality and friendliness today! I hope they take good care of you there! 😊
We’ve been here a few times before, but the cheese fries and House Burger I ordered tonight for my to-go order was one of the most delicious burgers I have ever had!! Extremely happy to know that there are gluten free buns here! Also, I really appreciate all the marked gluten free items on the menu. Most of the menu can be made gluten free it seems! =) Very friendly and efficient staff as well. The lemon rice soup is to die-for and always satisfies my soup craving. From one small business owner family to another — we will get thru this trying time together.
Don’t bother with the Gluten free pancake's - didn’t tell us it was a $6 up-charge, and they were awful - a token offering to people with gluten restrictions and not up to the wonderful items on their menu that personify IHOP
Great experience. Very nice high class interior. Service was excellent, always being asked instead of having to ask.
We wish there were more places like this around this area. The atmosphere, service, and food quality were all excellent. You find plenty of places like this in Chicago and the like but very rare around here.
I do not know if they do anything with active noise control but it was also night to find a place that was busy but not near ear bleeding loud as most restaurants tend to be these days.
Great wine list and a very varied menu. We mostly go to a single place for a single dish but there are plenty we'd want to go back and try.
They were accommodating to a food allergy and had some of the best gluten free rolls we have ever had.
Best burgers, best fries, great service! I asked for a gluten free burger, and they offered me lettuce instead of buns. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The restaurant was very clean and the staff friendly!
