In Palm Springs for a long weekend and needed some breakfast! Got the gluten free waffles and eggs Benedict. Both meals were yummy. Also got the bacon flight. Applewood and truffle were great, didn't get any heat from jalapeño and thats saying something since i have a norwegian belly - spice it up guys :) ! Fun vibe, good food. Nothing that would totally blow my mind (other than the concept of a bacon flight), but would 100% recommend if you're looking for a place with a good menu.

I’m a symptomatic celiac and this place was so accommodating and kind. Many of their menu items can be made GF and they went above and beyond to prevent cross-contamination and to ensure I was comfortable. I waited to ensure I did not get sick before writing this review, so I know they did a good job. Our server was Georgie so ask for her if you can!

Alex was amazing. I have gluten intolerance really bad and she made sure that I didn't get any. So many people don't care or act like I'm putting them out when I ask about gluten in food. Thanks Alex for making my 55th birthday special for me.

Trios was outstanding last night. There were five of us (2 celiac, one Keto, one picky eater and someone that can eat anything) and we all thought the food was excellent! I can’t stop thinking about the butter lettuce salad. Trios is staying on the “must do” list for Palm Springs.
