Sprouts is a store where I can buy mostly much needed gluten and dairy free products.
Every time I’m in Sprouts in Newark I feel important and visible. Always asked by one ( or more) employee if I need any help.
Just few weeks ago I was trying to buy much needed ( for my health)item . None was available. Just then young lady appear and offer help. It was Karla , the dairy department manager.
After short conversation to gather some informations from me she had promised to call me as soon as the product will be delivered to the store.
She had call me several times during 2 weeks to let me know none was delivered yet.
Then she called me one morning to inform me that she was able to save some for me from recent delivery. I almost gave up on ever getting what I really needed but Karla didn’t. She fulfilled her promise, she saved some for me .
Karla is such an example of what real customer service is about. She is genuinely kind ,very pleasant young lady who cares so much about customers.
I am very impressed and thankful to have met Karla. Not so many young people this days continue the “ old school” customer care.

Good and friendly conversation with the host. Hidden gem in Fremont/Newark.
This is one of our favorite Taquerias, we love the sweet girls who work the counter . Bonus they have many vegetarian and a few gluten free options like corn quesadillas. Great Salsa and lots of veggies with dishes. Very Authentic.
