The food, the atmosphere, the staff, everything was very nice. I have celiac disease, I chose gluten-free pizza and it was great. I was traveling alone and it left a nice memory in my mind of Catania I can say... I definitely recommend you to enjoy the music, food and the street where the restaurant is located..

For dinner, we ventured to EASY Bistrot Glutenfree. Menu is 100% gluten free. Live DJs were playing on a Monday evening. Coperto was 2,00€/person. Have to use the QR code to see the menu but our waiter was amazing and walked us through the menu in English. - Kombucha (4,00€) - tried the in-house orange kombucha. Too icy, lightly flavoured. - Canicattì Syrah (6,00€) - Pinsa salsiccia en friarielli (9,50€) - sausage and spinach. Nice texture, crispy bite to the gluten free pizza. Enjoyed the sausage - Pinsa trinacria (12,00€) - eggplant, caramelized onions and nduja. Eggplant was nicely cooked, onions slightly sweet

Tried a sandwich spot, Cuore Fresco, for lunch. They have gluten free options. Coperto was 1,50€/person. - Cappuccino oat (2,80€) - solid - Parma classic focaces (5,20€) senza glutine (2,00€ extra) - dry and crumbly. Didn’t enjoy the texture - Norcia classic panini (3,90€) senza glutine (1,50€) - slightly better texture wise Mundane sandwiches at CF.
