I thought I had ended up in a "tourist trap" and that the evening would not end well. Instead I was pleasantly surprised by both the service and the food. Even though it wasn't on the menu, they prepared a delicious Florentine steak for us and at a fair price. Even the gluten-free focaccia they brought me instead of bread was delicious. The staff is very nice and we had a good time. The only hitch is the precariousness of the balance on the chairs because this is the case on a slightly sloping road. Well done.
High level restaurant, excellent food for both gluten-free and non-gluten-free guests. They also have attention for those intolerant to lactose. Prices a little higher than average but still excellent value for money, the food is really good. Homemade GF bread of 4 different types, to say the least, fabulous, according to my celiac daughter... the best GF bread I've ever eaten. Abundant choice of gluten-free dishes. Very knowledgeable staff (a celiac and lactose intolerant waitress), kind and professional, explain each course to you without going on too long and without "getting it over your head". Very nice place both inside and outside. Parking. Dishes a little different from the usual classics and prepared with interesting variations. Truly recommended!

The setting and the lunch at the vineyard of the Mazzarrini family was perfect. Lovely on the terrace and overlooking the vineyard and hills we were served the very extensive lunch. The people are very friendly and provide a familiar and relaxed atmosphere. Gluten-free lunch is no problem. Dogs are welcome. The wine cellar is not large, but nice and interesting to visit.
It's not always easy to travel when some people have special diets. We traveled several km to come to this restaurant because it offers gluten-free dishes and vegetarian options. Sheltered from the crowds, not very far from the church, the terrace on the street is very pleasant. the servers are very attentive. For carnivores, the Pappardelle al cinghiale (large wild boar pasta) were chosen and eaten with relish. For gourmets, including vegetarians, the gnocchi (Gnocchi di Castangne) with cheese/truffle sauce were a great success, to the point where they tasted like they were coming back. As for the gluten-free dish, I chose Ribollita served with gluten-free buns and it was delicious as can be. For dessert, the homemade panna cotta was a great success. coA restaurant which has reasonable high prices and which offers delicious family cuisine.

What an experience! As someone with celiac disease (gluten free) I was nervous how the pairing of the food would go, but everything was amazing! I’ve never tasted better balsamic vinegar and the landscape with farm animals is beautiful. Everyone was so kind and explained the history of the wine along with recipes to use each of their products in. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you!
