Small restaurant in the center of S. Teresa di Gallura, they are prepared with GLUTEN FREE, they have several dishes safe for us celiacs, even though they specify (rightly) that they have only one kitchen. I ate there twice with my two-year-old daughter and they provided a high chair, a placemat with lots of drawings to color and oil pastels. She devoured some basic gnocchi and ricotta and I recommend the slice of fish of the day, it was excellent. I would go back!
I was returning from a boat excursion and I was very hungry, so I arrived just as the place opened.
The staff welcomed me with open arms and when I told them I have celiac they told me it wasn't a problem.
I ate an appetizer, a first course, a barbecue accompanied by a good refreshing cocktail. Everything excellent!
Restaurant with attention to gluten-free for celiacs. They do not have pizza but it is possible to eat pasta. We took the tagliata. Very good. Quick and courteous service with normal prices. It is possible to eat fried fish without gluten. They are not AIC certified but they are attentive and prepared.
We ordered gluten-free and lactose-free food. We ordered mussels with seafood and they served them with slices of normal bread inside. The octopus was served with hummus and decorated with yogurt. It was a disaster, if you have any intolerance, it is not recommended. The only interesting thing was the waiter's service. The boss, I think, was a man in a pink shirt, very friendly to us. We asked him if they spoke Spanish and he said yes. To our surprise, he served us a very friendly waiter, but he only spoke English (Spanish is more similar to Italian or easier to understand). The experience was very bad. The food is fine for people who can eat everything (quality, price is excessive). I do not recommend it for people with celiac disease or intolerances.
If you can, don't choose this place. The cashier is incredibly rude and due to a simple misunderstanding he denied a celiac girl her take-away pizza despite knowing that it is one of the few pizzerias where it is possible to find this type of dough, even though it was pointed out to him that by doing so he would be left without food. Judge for yourself if it is human behavior. These people with their baseness of manners and absolute rudeness ruin the experience of any tourist, Italian or otherwise, and should not have a place in restaurants.
If I could I would give 0 stars to the service, and also to the food which, obviously, I didn't try.
We had a family dinner tonight and all enjoyed our meals. I am gluten free and had lots of options to choose from. The food was tasty and the service prompt and courteous. All in all we can recommend eating here.
I went to Martini beach for a quick aperitif, I found a lot of courtesy in the young and prepared staff and drank a good cocktail with a sea view. The menu, very interesting, offers different alternatives, also attentive to diets such as gluten-free ... I settled for some nigiri, since it was not yet dinner time. Everything good and prices absolutely in line with the environment and what I tasted!
