I searched on Google for "where to eat gluten-free Auronzo di Cadore" as the first option: Pizzeria Ristorante Al Rio, menu specialty: gluten-free. Excellent, it was what I was looking for. I arrived at the restaurant, on the menu it had pizzas with gluten-free dough, but with a fairly obvious note: by reservation only and preferably 3 hours in advance. Did I eat what I was looking for? Obviously not! I tried to explain to the cashier at the time of payment that it is difficult for a tourist to know that he must also book the type of dough, then he replied: next time you know. Thanks, but I really don't think so.

Pizza restaurant, found thanks to TripAdvisor, as on the way back to the B&B where we are staying, I was looking for a place that made gluten-free pizza. The place is typical and well kept, the owner very nice and friendly, the pizza was good and the fries as well. I advise

This restaurant is recommended by the Aic association, for those with gluten problems and the right place, you can eat well, with a wide choice . The prices are also fair, I recommend it.

We loved this place on our trip to Cortina. What we loved the most was the amazing gluten free crust that they had! My partner is gluten free so it was great having good options for her! Very good vegetarian options as well!

Excellent experience in this place, I have celiac disease and I ate an amazing ramen plus appetizer and dessert. Really trained and helpful staff. The place is particular being a warehouse but nothing is left to chance, very welcoming! Definitely coming back
