Let me start by saying I knocked a star off for atmosphere because we were the only diners inside!!!
Rebecca and the team looked after us brilliantly. The food choice for gluten-free diners is really good and, for those of us that eat anything, I was in heaven!!
I failed to finish off the pizza crusts, as delicious and light as they were, as the bowl of seafood chowder I shared with my wife as a starter ended up 90% in my belly and I was a little full!! That chowder was better than any we'd ever tasted in the finest seafood restaurants in Boston or Seattle...
The pizza sauce on the Mediterranean Masterpiece (bold title, but it lived up to it) was deliciously full of depth and flavour and the distribution of toppings was perfect - every mouthful was a delight.
We are so happy we ate at Little Christo's tonight and just hope we get to eat there again in the future.

Got stranded in Antigonish with car trouble and walked over to check out the pizza here. Wow! One of the best gf pizzas I've had! It says it's a cauliflower crust ("gluten gone crust") but this didn't taste like cauliflower, just thin, crispy and delish. I had pepperoni and hot peppers with cheese, all of it delicious and I feel great! I'm always nervous in small local places like this but this was a big win! I did ask if they're careful about cross contamination and he seemed surprised and said of course. Great friendly, quick service too!
Building was lovely, obviously a lot went into this design. Very thoughtfully laid out and created a very cool vibe. Their sunroom area was closed (Jan) but very beautiful
I was surprised by how long of a wait there was. Easily at least 45min to get our food with very few people waiting. To be fair, it was a quiet time of day so maybe less staff on Iām not sure
The food was a bit of a mixed bag/ some was really fantastic and some was a bit bland. Definitely not bad. The fish cakes were mostly potatoes with very little fish, but the salad was excellent
A huge pro was that they have a lot of gluten free options. Their whole bakery section was also quite nice
Icky bathrooms
Consensus- good, not great
We needed a gluten free cake, so Mark created this incredible dessert for our daughters high school grad party. It was to die for, everyone is still talking about it. Thanks Mark + Karen for another incredible dessert!
We've had pizza from here several times under their new and previous name. It continue to be consistently good. Our relatives from Ontario said their gluten free pizza was one of the best they've had to date.
Update, January 2024:
The food is still great. Also, ordering online is quick and easy.
Not my usual pizza spot in Antigonish, but the few times I've gone here I enjoyed the food quite a bit. The pizzas are great with a pretty standard selection of types to choose from. What surprised me the most was the gluten free crust; which was shockingly delicious. Not sure if it was made in house, but it had the perfect crisp and great texture. Highly recommend for any gluten reduced/ciliac people looking for a decent pizza.
