Work lunch order - 12 noodle orders and NOTHING was labelled clearly. Said on the receipt it’s all gluten free except none of them was, the “no protein” bowl has chicken in it (for a vegan person). Pad Thai tastes like they dumped a pack of sugar on it. Egg noodle bowl tastes like raw ginger/no other flavours.

I went here for a work lunch. The waiter only had our table of 4 to serve. The service was terrible. The waiter failed to meet one persons gluten free requirement by serving the meal on bread even though he was aware of the allergy. The person from our group had to wait for a new meal to be prepared while the rest of the group ate. The service was slow. The waiter didn’t check in once. I had to go ask him for a menu to look at desserts because he was too busy playing on his phone. After we ordered dessert, he came to serve everyone at the table with the exception of the gluten intolerant person and said the GF dessert they ordered was out of stock. We ordered coffee to go with our dessert. We didn’t get the coffee until after our dessert. One of us had ordered a cappuccino. When the waiter brought the other coffees, he said they don’t have any cappuccino and struggled to offer an alternative. Food quality was ok at best. Had strong Gordon Food Services vibes. Wouldn’t return. Wouldn’t recommend.

We ordered doordash from this location and loved our lunch. Instructions were followed, order was fulfilled quickly, packaged well, and the staff even included a friendly note for us :) I love that they have vegan and gluten free options, and healthier alternatives for “fast food”. Will be back

We used to come here a little more frequently, but recently have notice a huge decline in service, and quality of food. Today was the 3rd time we have been where a meal had to be sent back, and removed from our bill. Despite maybe 6 groups in the restaurant, and 2 servers, service was slow, and zero sense of effort from the waitress. After receiving our food, one meal, the gluten free pasta was so undercooked, that it was non edible, and one kids meal, pasta was well, was watery, and cold.. our waitress was nowhere to be found, and we had to flag down someone else to get attention. This was not a staffing issue, as several other “managers” came by, but again all seemed to lack any sense of care for the situation. There where also several people just casually standing around.
