Absolutely can not say anything negative about this place. The food is amazing and the service is great. Also easily the best gluten free pasta in Melbourne. They have a covered patio in the back and the heaters were pumping it was fantastic. I can't wait to go back.
We used to love coming here, but hadn’t been for a while. The smell of old cooking oil was almost overwhelming, and the staff standing on a bucket to reach the pass to get food is an accident waiting to happen.
Tried to order food and every option I selected was not able to be done and I was told, it is not your lucky day. I was then suggested to eat fresh meat after explaining I needed Gluten free vegetarian options. That is when I walked out and won’t ever be back.
Sad to see what was a wonderful place become so rundown.
Had a gluten free burger and the egg was cooked perfectly! The gf bun was good not dry. The fries are also gluten free as is the chocolate cake. The cake was a little too sweet for me but just delighted that there was a gf option. Would 100% go again.
Really lovely cosy cafe we discovered after a long walk up the Merri Creek. My partner loved the burger and cake while I thoroughly enjoyed the brothy beans which were coeliac safe!
So many GF options!!! Get a share plate and try everything. Wow. So impressed with the range of flavours and the fact that most of the menu is gluten allergy friendly. A carnivores dream. Everything is smoked and slow cooked to perfection served in a matter of minutes fresh and hot!
Been following Geminis journey for a long time now. Shane and Tresna have truly made a special place along Sydney Road. Being a local I have been popping by for coffees regularly and cannot complain about it! Finally got some girlfriends booked for dinner. We were in the back dining room, facing the kitchen and chose the Chefs Menu. We added some oysters and everything was impeccable! Great flavour and choices by Ched ADI. Especially the ability to provide a gluten free menu/alternatives for one of our party members. Delicious! And will be back.
Food was below average, got the beef brisket eggs and was literally DRENCHED in hollandaise sauce and i couldn't taste anything else. Couldn't even finish it. Also they don't change a thing on the menu, like zero alerterations, even for gluten free. No good

We had the high tea, 4 of us regular menu and 1 gluten free. Absolutely loved the food, so fresh and tasty. Teas/Coffees also very good. Service was great too.. The only thing I didn’t like was the space, it’s quite a small cafe. Other than that, big tick! See you again.
Came on Sunday and struggled with your app for ordering because Im can’t have gluten and there wasn’t anywhere to put it but this lady Bethany helped us and told me the best options so we got a Aussie burger with the gluten free bun and some salad and it was good thank you
Amazing Nepalese Restaurant! We had the Buffalo Sukuti, veg MoMo, and the Goat Dhido set. The food was so good with generous helpings and plenty of sides. The service was wonderful and staff helped me navigate the menu for gluten free options.
10/10 would recommend.

This is probably my favourite bar in all of Melbourne.
The mescal buck is a brilliant cocktail. The entire cocktail menu is fun and exciting. The pizzas are just so delicious. I have had regular one but also tried gluten free and vegan and it isnone of the best GF pizza bases I've ever had. The GF vegan margherita is one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.
5/5 for vibes, food and drinks.
I have attended this cafe weekly for 9 months with a group of Mums after a nearby baby class. The owners are so welcoming and lovely to us. The food is always great! As a coeliac they are easily able to cater for me and the coffee is really good too! We love this cafe and always look forward to catching up there! Thanks Eastern Bloc! 😁
