Great coffee and breakfast options. It's quick and casual. I went to this cafe with my friend who is gluten free and she loved the gluten free banana bread. They're quite good with not contaminating food if someone has allergies - my friend didn't get sick.

The service and food was just perfect. The lady who served us was so kind and patient to explain certain questions I had (gluten free/alcohol free meals). Highly recommended and will def visit again.

The quality and inventiveness of the gelato itself is famous across the world, but some of the staff here at the Norwest are the best I've come across. Had the pleasure of being served by Zack who was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating of my daughter's celiac needs without us having to explain anything. He provided an information sheet with the Gluten and allergen content and the. went out back to get the tasting spoons and gelato from the sealed containers to avoid giving her traces of gluten, just in case. My 8 year old and I very much appreciated the effort and fantastic service.

I really really wanted to love this place and was hoping to find a nice fine dining restaurant without having to travel to the city. We tried the degustation and whilst it was nice the flavours overall was underwhelming. One of the issues was they were incredibly slow, I understand when you do a tasting menu it can be slower but the pace was ridiculous and we had to chase up our food a few times as the gap was so long. A few of my friends were gluten free and their first dish did not come out until we had finish 4 dishes. For the price you pay I would give the degustation menu here a miss.
