Went to the hunter river hotel today, first time since the renovations. It looks lovely, I very much enjoyed my fish and chips. My colleague on the other hand has certain allergies, she ordered the Eddy burger without cheese and pesto on a gluten free bun for $27. Unfortunately they were out of gluten free buns and offered a $2 refund for the bun. She was offered a deconstructed burger and this is what she got for $25. I think this is terrible value.

Absolutely delightful staff. Service was A+. Food was exceptional, especially for us coeliacs out there. Try their iced chocolates. Out of this world!

Wait staff were amazing! Staff were unsure on gluten free options, but took the time to ring the head chef to confirm. Delicious food with lots of gluten free options. We will be back!
