Perfect for celiacs and others. We ate really well. The gluten-free ravioli with truffle was handmade and cooked to perfection. The freshly prepared gluten free focaccia was also delicious, I was lucky as it's not always available. My boyfriend had a pizza with normal dough and was very satisfied. Very kind staff. Super recommended.

Located in a central area of ​​Bari, this local bar/bistro is ideal for those looking for a place where they can taste dishes for celiacs. As a non-celiac, I really appreciated it. I consumed a strictly artisanal cream and black cherry croissant and despite having a different consistency than traditional croissants it was worth it for the taste and digestibility. For lunch I ordered a truly delicious gourmet zampina sandwich. Excellent value for money. 5 stars well deserved.

Really great restaurant with a large selection of gluten-free dishes! We were here on Friday evening and it was full. We still got a table but reservations actually have to be made. The service was super nice! The menu is huge with a great selection! The appetizers were to die for! The gluten-free bread, fresh from the oven! Wow! The gluten free pizza was great! For the other types of dough you can choose between Bari (flat edge) or Napoli (high edge)! The desserts are all homemade and gluten-free possible! A paradise for my wife! We'll be back

We ordered 4 gluten-free pizzas to take away. Super fast and responsive service by message for the order and very friendly staff on site (even though they were in a big rush). The gluten-free pizza dough wasn't the best of those we tasted during our stay but it's already so good to be able to have gluten-free pizza. On the other hand, the garnish was great! A great address for those with gluten intolerance in Polignano!

Gluten-free and lactose-free pastries with a capital P! My rating is excellent as are the owner and his wife who do and manage their work with dedication and attention for us celiacs as few can do! Perfect in every way, in shape, in taste, with attention to detail! The taste of desserts, ice creams, pastries, artisanal panettone is the same as desserts with gluten. No difference in making us feel different from normality. Keep it up. Thanks for being there.❤️
