Half the food was great, half was awful. For the price, nothing should be dry and crumbly, even if it’s gluten free. The real disappointment was the service. The intro was great, server was very nice. After they dropped off the food, she never stopped by to check on us but had plenty of time to hang out and chat with the other servers at the counter. I even got up to ask her if she could come to the table - was told “in a minute” but she never came by. A different person brought our check. The added 20% gratuity was way too much based on the poor service. Tea service with a preset menu is not difficult to serve.

The food is excellent here, and the drinks are also delicious. I really appreciate the wonderfully labeling on the menu for gluten free, vegetarian, and/or vegan options. I would go more often to enjoy the food and drinks if the atmosphere was better. I find the music too loud to easily hold a conversation. I also find the music uninteresting and does not feel like it aligns with the restaurant theme. I would appreciate quieter music and perhaps simple ambient music would work better (and would likely appeal to a larger audience).

My wife and I are local business owners and were loooking for a nice to place to eat and we visited Society and we must say it was great. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is amazing and the service second to none. Bailee prvided top notch service and was friendly and attentive. She suggested the gluten free penne since my wife only eats gluten fee and it was the best we've ever tried. We will certainly back again!
