I emailed them about my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back "Hello, Paulina! We have several gluten-free and vegan options on the menu. From tapioca, salads, smoothie bowls, shakshuka, pancakes, etc. We'd also like to inform you that all toasts can be served on gluten-free bread or with a baked sweet potato base instead of traditional bread.
