The cake was very good. You can't go wrong with this place being gluten free. They have zero room for custom orders. I wanted to have one layer of cake replaced by a other and they refused. I also asked for it to be decorated for a birthday party. In less than ten minutes from the car to King Soopers and then to my dad's across the street, the lettering stuck to the top of the box, because they didn't put any cardboard in to protect it. Just amatures. I will go back again, but they are expensive and just know they are not a wedding cake shop. They are not there yet.
Photos of the issue. At least the cake still looked OK. Thanksfully it was a birthday party and not a wedding.
Both of us are gluten free and im also dairy free and egg free. Not only were they able to accommodate us, the menus were very clearly labeled and we felt great after eating there. The staff were amazing as well. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!
The Post in Boulder has the same awesome chicken, which is amazing and gluten free. Wednesdays it also has fried fish!! Delicious. they also were a ticket seller for Phish, so cool.
Love eating at Flower Child. Their gluten free options are endless and delicious. The service is fast and it's easy to get in and out for a work lunch.
Hapa Sushi accommodated our large group with large amounts of sushi and fun! I did find a stink bug crawling across the table this time but I thankfully was able to forget about it and enjoy all the gluten free food options!!!!
Just Be is one of my Go-Tos when I'm in the Denver and Boulder areas. The breakfast burrito is SO GOOD, I've never had such a wonderful GF tortilla.
It's a bit expensive for the quantity of food and I'd like to see more consistency for quantity per item ordered; the shepherd's pie is much smaller and less substantial than the burrito. The drinks are also very pricey. Don't get me wrong, I love a good turmeric latte with good, clean, ingredients, but I struggle with the $9 price tag.
I'll keep coming here! 1000%. I recommend you do, too. This is an awesome dedicated GF / Celiac safe restaurant.
Great place to go if you have celiac and/or a dairy allergy. They took precautions to prevent cross contamination and the gluten free cones were delicious.
We visited this restaurant after learning they offered gluten-free ramen, a critical consideration for myself and my 6-year-old and 10-year-old daughters, since we all have celiac disease. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and harmful. Upon delivering our meals, the server inaccurately identified which dishes were gluten-free. Midway through our meal, I noticed my eldest daughter’s noodles looked different from mine, and it became clear they had served her the wrong dish.
When we alerted the staff to their grave error, the response was a dismissive apology with no attempt to correct the mistake, offer compensation, or even check on my daughter’s well-being. As a result, she is now severely unwell, and we may need to visit urgent care. For someone with celiac disease, this mistake isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it risks weeks of recovery, long-term health complications, and heightened cancer risks.
The lack of safeguards to prevent allergen mix-ups is alarming, and the staff’s negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Restaurants catering to dietary restrictions must prioritize rigorous training and protocols. This incident reflects a systemic failure, and I urge others with allergies or celiac disease to exercise extreme caution here.
Fantastic GF options. Highly recommended for those with celiac disease. GF fried Chile relleno was amazing. And the fried jalapeno caps are out of this world!
Super menu with vegetarian as well as gluten and dairy free options. Great service and atmosphere. I enjoyed my plata while watching our party sharing a wide variety of delicious tapas. Wonderful experience.
Normally a pretty big fan of their nine iron panini, and have been a fan of their gluten free bread for quite some time. My latest order with them was a pretty big disappointment due to the much smaller gluten free buns. I also did not receive any meat with my sandwich so it was essentially a mini lettuce sandwich. Accidents happen, but I really hope that Postino is not significantly downsizing their gluten free bread moving forward because it’s simply not worth the price.
Amazing products for people with food allergies that taste fantastic!
My son has extensive food allergies. He is allergic to wheat, eggs and milk to name a few. I was so lucky to find Welcome Gluten-Free Bakery. The James Granite cake from their menu has provided the chocolate/chocolate cake that he requests for his birthday. He was so excited and fully enjoyed it.
They were also able to create chocolate cookies specific to his dietary requirements. He loves the cookies as well.
I highly recommend the company and their products!
