The menu is spectacular, the service magnificent and the place beautiful and full of history. They are experts in dietary restrictions and it is the first thing they ask as soon as you arrive; In addition, they treat the raw materials in an exquisite way and promote those from the area. One of the best pizzerias in Santander without a doubt, many varieties of pizza, pasta, gluten-free and vegan options. The dough feels good and they are delicious. The deal is fantastic, I really encourage you to give it a chance.

It's definitely my favorite place. The staff is very attentive. Besides being gluten-free, we also look for nut-free products since one of our daughters is allergic, and they've always explained which ones are fine and which aren't, packaging things separately. The bakery is gluten-free, so there's no risk of cross-contamination. For the most delicious treats, the puff pastry and egg yolk palmiers and the "pink panthers" are so delicious! You don't need to order online; they have a physical store. They're located in the same building as the bakery. Wonderful.
