Thought I was in heaven when I saw the large array of cakes and pastries all gluten free. The food is delicious! Very spoilt for choice and lovely to find a place that caters specifically for those of us who can’t usually enjoy such delicacies.

Literally heaven for celiacs💞 they have a department dedicated only to gluten-free desserts, fresh desserts, of their own production, something that has never happened to me in a bar, where I usually find the usual packaged biscuits. I took the pasticciotto, a chocolate croissant and another sweet with Nutella and smarties, it was all delicious, truly exceptional. Furthermore, the owners, Danilo and Paola, are two ultra kind people, very cute, they even gave me a t-shirt as a gift, which was super appreciated 💕
Almost everything can be gluten-free 🤩. We took a mixed fried dish (croquettes and meatballs) and the puccia with octopus. Take away and eat by the sea. The fried food was a little greasy and the octopus a little tough, but I would go back and recommend it.
Finally a gluten free restaurant worthy of the titles awarded. Products and packaging of the highest level, helpful and well-trained staff. The preparation and packaging of the dishes is handled with passion by the owner.
There is care in everything at Gouterie, and in everything there is a pleasant surprise. You will be amazed by the mastery of the pastry chefs in producing crunchy sheets and very light sponge cakes, tasty creams and the right balance of aromas. The focaccia will leave even those who loved it before discovering they had celiac disease and were forced to give it up for a long time speechless (eager to be filled again). The rustic ones, the onion calzone are always pleasant. And beyond the counter, a friendly staff capable of guiding you through the store's varied assortment. It is a place where it is always worth returning, even for those who live far from Bari like me.
Excellent pizza. I tried both the classic dough and the gluten-free dough and was pleasantly impressed. Pizza cooked very well, thin and crunchy just right with good quality ingredients.
The only flaw is that the tables are too close together and there is little intimacy. Distracted service. We asked for beer three times and the fourth time they brought it to us. Average price.

For me now a point of reference since I am celiac and lactose intolerant. The girls are very kind, in fact always willing to let you try something new gluten-free that they prepare on the spot or just to try and then choose. It's not for everyone, actually. Fresh weekend pastries, which always dry out. Always excellent.

We went to this restaurant, primarily, because it offers gluten-free options, given that I have celiac disease.
In addition to a very nice environment and kind and knowledgeable staff regarding the cuisine and service of gluten-free products, we were able to enjoy some truly excellent dishes.

The best pizza I've ever eaten! Family-run restaurant in Pulsano (no centre). Typical environment with the famous arches, informal and relaxed atmosphere. The pizzas are delicious and have different types of dough. I also recommend it for celiacs if they want a good non-frozen pizza. Wood-fired oven and very fresh products. The desserts also made by them are very good. In short, try it and you will always go there!
Quiet place... silent, not chaotic.. light background music.. very kind staff, typical or refined dishes and almost everything strictly gluten-free, if desired, including excellent pizzas. Indoor and outdoor tables... I highly recommend.. for a quiet evening, event or other..

This is what happens when you make your passion your job; venue that provides an infinite number of different options, all of excellent quality. Found it by chance one day and now I travel about 100 km with my boyfriend just to eat in this place. I have celiac disease and this has become my paradise. The owner is a fantastic and super competent person. Absolutely worth trying!
For the first time I was on this forum where everything prepared is gluten-free and lactose-free, the owner was extremely kind, she offered me various products so that I could try both sweet and savory things.. and I must say that they are very good fresh products. My friends and I stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised.
Hospitality and education were the fundamental pillars of our experience with the staff.
The menu offers the customer the opportunity to choose between several very attractive dishes, which certainly will not disappoint you.
Furthermore, it is possible to eat their sandwiches with the gluten-free formula in order to accommodate those who are celiac or gluten intolerant.
The environment is calm: you can consume both inside and outside.
The only flaw for those going in a group is that the place has adopted a policy whereby separate accounts cannot be made.
Lastly, to my displeasure, two extra covers were added to the bill but we noticed this when we had already left the restaurant.
Despite this, I would like to recommend everyone to stop by here. ❤️
A truly surprising discovery! The best almond desserts I've ever tasted, without exaggerating. One evening in April, with a group of friends, we came across this little gastronomic treasure. The owner, with great passion, told us the story of his desserts made with Toritto almonds, gluten-free and without added sugars. A perfect combination of authentic taste and quality of raw materials. An experience that absolutely deserves to be known and shared!
I came to Puglia to try this restaurant which was recommended to me by an Italian guy in Cambodia. He said they have the best gluten-free pizza he’s ever tried and he was right! It’s amazing! 😋😋😋
Sooo goood! My gluten free pizza was super tasty, thin and not too much cheese which is superb. The service helped us with our not so good Italian and everybody was happy ;) Will come back soon!
