Perfect for celiacs and others. We ate really well. The gluten-free ravioli with truffle was handmade and cooked to perfection. The freshly prepared gluten free focaccia was also delicious, I was lucky as it's not always available. My boyfriend had a pizza with normal dough and was very satisfied. Very kind staff. Super recommended.

The gluten free pizza was very hard and dry, I didn't like it. The staff disappointed me, the waitress spoke badly in Italian and also in English, it made me feel uncomfortable because I am celiac and always clarify that gluten-free

Located in a central area of Bari, this local bar/bistro is ideal for those looking for a place where they can taste dishes for celiacs. As a non-celiac, I really appreciated it. I consumed a strictly artisanal cream and black cherry croissant and despite having a different consistency than traditional croissants it was worth it for the taste and digestibility. For lunch I ordered a truly delicious gourmet zampina sandwich. Excellent value for money. 5 stars well deserved.

"A delightful discovery", I like to start my review this way. Being celiac, I can hardly find places where I can eat with my (non-celiac) family members and not feel excluded from being able to share the flavours, the taste and the joy of being together at the table! At Pane Olio e Fantasia, however, the opposite happened to me. The owner was welcoming, attentive, available for any request, ad hoc service and quiet environment. Applause for the quality of the food, from the starter to the dessert, all excellent, with and without gluten! I ate some truly delicious fresh orecchiette with seafood, and this comes from someone who often prepares homemade pasta. A tip: follow the owner's advice, she will be able to guide you in the most suitable choice, you will not be disappointed.
