I had a very friendly and knowledgeable server. They were familiar with what was needed and did everything to ensure my safety. Food came out of quick and I enjoyed the yummy corned beef hash. I didn’t have any reactions after eating here. I’d recommend this snooze location to fellow celiacs.
IMO the best thing on their menu is the bruschetta board and I was so excited when I found out that they have a gluten free bread substitute for it. I’m not sure what kind of gf bread they use but it’s incredible, it actually sticks together and doesn’t crumble apart! It’s so good that my non-gf friends will split an order with me cause they say they can’t really taste a difference.
We decided to try Postino for the first time today and needless to say we will be back. The food was the perfect afternoon snack to grab while we were shopping. While all the staff was very kind, our server Emma was great, she was even able to recommend some good options for my wife who is celiac. 10/10
