Fully accessible with disabled parking and accessible washrooms. TAU has an excellent selection of vegan and vegetarian options, as well as organic and gluten free foods at a variety of price points. I find them competitive with the large scale grocery stores but with healthier, local brands. Additionally, they have supplements and other nutritional products on site. Definitely a favourite shop of mine for groceries and more!

Institution! This is a must visit when in West Island. Gluten free appetizers and pasta were amazing! The atmosphere is like sitting at a busy Italian market eating with your closest 100 relatives. Reservation highly recommended especially if you have a large group.

Victor Rose has saved me from bad coffee since I moved to Montreal. Flat whites are my favorite thing there and the place and people there is a VIBE. BUT…. my boyfriend is Celiac and I know this things have good intentions but with someone allergic to gluten is not nice having them around. Cross contamination is a serious thing and even if you guys want to keep giving them instead of making more trash, you should be aware that having them next to the lids is not a good idea. He loves this place like me and he is too sweet to complain about it. I hope you guys can help with it cuz we don’t want to miss this good coffee 😭
