A lovely spot for a date night or for a get together with friends. This quaint and charming old mill house turned restaurant is a gem in the heart of Alexandria. Nestled downtown and down a flight of stairs lies a rustic restaurant with sports bar, ample seating, and outdoor patio including a waterfall! The ambiance and atmosphere would be hard to outdo.
Our party of 6 arrived 40 minutes before closing and the service was friendly and welcoming, if not a little on the slower side.
The food arrived in about 30 minutes and it was hot and cooked well, despite the server not taking any notes only a side of fries was forgotten, and as it turned out, not needed.
Plenty of gluten free options as well, wraps, pizza, pasta, and burgers all have gluten free options!
Highly recommended, give it a try!
Very good food. Poutine is awesome but the familial size I would treat it as a large. It’s filling and very good. The Gluten free pizza is very good as well, seriously.
Store was a little dirty but the food was perfect. First pizzahut to cook the gluten free pizza right so it wasn’t cardboard. This will be the one we come back to and it has kfc chips which is just another bonus.
