Super cute cafe that has amazing gluten free waffles!! They serve other dishes as well but they’re not available gluten free so be careful when you order. Have had two different waffles, one sweet and one savoury and both were absolutely delicious! My partner can eat gluten and he loved the pancakes and got the gf waffles the 2nd visit and really enjoyed them. The coffee is also really good. *Note that Craft is the same location as ‘Gluten Free waffle House’ :)

Emo’s is amazing and a little slice of gluten free paradise for local food in Da Nang. Most of the dishes can be made gluten free so you have plenty of options which is awesome. We’ve been twice and tried 4 different dishes and all of them were fantastic, especially the passionfruit and lemongrass dishes! Staff have a good understanding of gluten free and the importance of avoiding cross contamination. My partner can eat gluten but has been more than happy to share gf Vietnamese dishes with me at Emo’s because the quality and taste is so good. Highly recommend!

I had terrible pain in my gut after eating their artificial meat, I assume it had gluten, but not sure what the actual reason is. I had similar bowel irritation after eating fish cake in pho (Im not vegan), so it’s not only about their product, something is added to that type of Vietnamese sausage no matter vegan or fish one, probably gluten. I had to take a pill of No-spa ro relieve the spasm.
