I’ve been going to Fit foodz for years. The food is healthy, delicious and the service is great. Wonderful holistic atmosphere! My daughter is gluten free and they have a variety of menu options for her. It’s my brothers favorite restaurant when he is here from NY. Thank you so much for making my birthday so special last night. Yes, I chose my birthday meal to be at Fit Foodz!
It’s pricey but you go for the vibe and the experience more than the value. It gets busy, even at what you think are off peak times. The plaza is busy overall so you might have to park farther away and walk. It is usually filled with all women. I appreciate that they have so many gluten free options. I also really like the banana brew smoothie- so good!
First time here, randomly walked in and I couldn’t be happier than I did. Vale has a new customer in me. I am gluten-free and they were very knowledgeable and super super nice letting me sample everything!!!
We had an outstanding lunch today at Saquella Cafe and Lupo and Barry took the best care of us. Everything was delicious and fresh.
Most amazing-- we got educated about how Italian flour and bread and pasta preparation is totally different, and it's for Celiacs and anyone suffering from intolerance to gluten. Lupo makes his own delicious crusty fabulous Italian bread and pasta. Who knew that after 20 years of avoiding gluten I'd be able to enjoy dipping this delicious bread into olive oil!
I've been coming here for years, and am glad to see Lupo's heart, passion and pride in his food and service as the new owner of this restaurant.

Baffled! No other word for it.
Called on Friday for a GLUTEN FREE key lime pie for pick up Sunday afternoon. Gave credit card over the phone to secure my order. Showed up at time of requested pickup and only employee seen went into the back to “find” my order and was gone for a couple of minutes. She then came out and around the counter and pulled a keylime pie out of the display case and took it to the back to box it.
However, when she returned with the pie boxed she could not guarantee that it was gluten free. I’m happy she was honest because this could have turned into a nightmare if my mom ate the pie. My mother is highly allergic which is why I called in advance to order as I understand this type of pie is not a traditional order. I planned to pick up other desserts for those celebrating that were not gluten free but quickly decided Mo&Ma did not deserve any of my business. I could not be more disappointed as this was a birthday pie….
I quickly called the Delray location and the girl on the other end (tried so hard to rectify the situation) tried to help me but everything available was chocolate and that was not an option for us as my mom is also allergic to cocoa. Never again will I attempt to order from this establishment.
The coffee, food and energy of this place is amazing! I love that they offer gluten free options as well. I recommend everyone tries this place. Plus, Ruba is great!
Ordered GF Turkey club and became very sick. If you have Gluten Allergies don’t trust VI Coffee Bar. The bread may have been gluten free but either everything else was not or the cross contamination was careless. The allergy was explained at length to the brunette with the tattoos that took the order. We were visiting from out of town and called first to make sure gluten free was an option. We drove out of our way to VI coffee for the GF sandwich. My vacation was ruined. Your response is insensitive and ignorant.
For those looking for a gluten-free snack, they make cassava bread stuffed with meat that is delicious and thanks to Marcinha, who was always very attentive, helped me with this happy choice!
This is one of my favorite coffee spots in the area; along with their other shop. They have some vegan food options, avocado toast w/gluten free option---which are great. This is nice; open a bit later. Just there last weekend when in town.
So far I have loved everything that they have. The bread is very high quality, I don’t like eating gluten but this is the exception. It’s like a hidden gem, I would definitely recommend visiting!
The cutest little coffee shop you ever did see. It’s so pretty! Their coffee is delicious (tons of syrup choices — and cold brew!). The best part is they had a lot of gluten-free pastry options. We walked away with lemon muffins, banana chocolate muffins, and big ole cookies. Plus, the owners were so sweet! Highly recommend! Definitely coming back when we visit Boca again.
