Such an interesting and characterful, attractive place! We chanced upon the Old Electric Shop when seeking a brunch (with gluten free options). We were impressed with the quality of the food and the welcoming, very helpful staff. Well worth a visit even if it is only to wander around and enjoy the variety of interesting displays. Oh, and the coffee is very good!

Incredible. Gluten free cones and the best sorbet I have ever had. So kind and considerate of gluten requirements, the owners should be proud of their staff and other companies should take note!!

Ate in today and saw lots of menu items that they will happily make gluten free upon request. Employees very clued up on celiac disease so felt very safe. Food and drinks came really quickly and was delicious.

Absolutely loved it here. I had the fish cakes. They were Gluten free and you have 2 on a bed of outstanding celeriac slaw, pickled red onion and salad leaves with homemade tartare sauce. There is mozzarella in the fish cakes too. 😋😋😋 Very welcoming lady to greet you and take your order.
