FofM is consistently high end for service, food & atmosphere. It’s my regular place to go & I am welcomed by Suzanne like a VIP! I do visit often because there are always good options for a gluten free vegan. I believe it’s all home made which is important to what I want.

I recently left a review in response to a recent customer being told by a staff member that breaded products were cooked in same oil as gluten free. I am pleased to hear that this is not the case and that you do keep gluten products separate on Wednesdays. I will share your statement to this effect with them.

Charming little cafe with homemade soup and quick service that makes every visit feel like a delightful surprise.
We visited here on a whim and the food was excellent. We had delicious home made soup, a gluten free toastie and a cake between us. The service was very friendly and the food came out very quickly. A lovely wee cafe.

Charming dog-friendly spot in a cozy hall with a relaxed vibe, spacious seating, and unique access, perfect for a laid-back visit.
Obnoxiously grumpy and rude girl who served us coffees and cakes on Jan 15 around 3.30 PM. Our first experience of rude staff in a Cafe in this country.. my husband is Scottish and I moved here six years ago. Never a rude person in a Cafe or Restaurant or a shop.. From her accent - this unpleasnat girl was not Scottish. If we see her again in the Cafe, we will naturally stop patronising this Cafe. Only one gluten free cake available since a long time - some variety for celiacs would be a welcome change. I could have taken her pic and posted it but since I have mentioned the date and time, the owner can easily figure out who is rude in the team and needs to be trained or relieved.

A fantastic spot for tasty starters and mouthwatering mains, with an inviting atmosphere and attentive service.
Just the most delicious meal at Nicks, this afternoon . My husband and I both had very tasty starters, mains and desserts. All served and explained by waiter/waitresses. And being new to not having gluten it was all Gf. Well done Nick & team. See you very soon 🙂
