I had breakfast several times and the pastries were very good, but I bought 2 torrijas to try and it was a big disappointment, very hard, I called to say so and they told me that the bread is like that, I've been celiac for 20 years and I can assure you that if they are soaked well in milk they don't have to come out hard. The perfect place to have or take a good chocolate with churros, both gluten-free or normal, everything is well organized for take-away orders or eating at the premises, the staff is very kind and friendly but the most important thing is that the gluten-free churros are delicious, they taste just like the normal ones, you can't tell the difference, we loved them, it is a must stop in the center of Madrid. Highly recommended ⭐️

This bakery cafe offers a great selection of gluten-free breads and pastries, all at reasonable prices, making it a gem for tasty treats.
We went with a gluten-intolerant friend and there were several things I didn't like. But the worst was the quality of the matcha and chai tea, they are powders that, apart from tasting very artificial, do not feel good. I expected a little more quality in a place like this.
