For three summers (since my daughter's diagnosis) when we are on holiday I have come to get supplies (in the true sense of the word) from Signorile. A magical place for celiacs, top fresh products and super competitive prices for us who are from Bolzano it is an oasis in the desert given that here the fresh product does not only exist packaged or frozen. If it could be transported to us too, it would make a splash. Keep up the good work Erika
Excellent fresh gluten-free products. The
Owners are very friendly. Tasty aperitif full of delicacies. Very good desserts. Recommended for celiacs and others.
Very good ice cream. Overall very bad service experience. I have celiac disease, I ask for a cup specifying it, the sales assistant calls the owner. A very rude man, the scientist arrives and begins by saying that theirs is an ice cream shop with all gluten-free flavours. Perfect, I ask for the first flavour, there is gluten, the same goes for the second and third, with names and aesthetics that did not reveal the presence of gluten. Annoyed at my fourth attempt, he specifies that there are 2 flavors in the small cup, I reply annoyed that I knew it (there were signs for that one as big as a house and I had already paid). In the end, since there were too many people and he, an excellent and brilliant mind, wasn't helping me, I fell back on hazelnut and pistachio.
Very good ice cream, but enormous rudeness, I was also trying to hurry so as not to burden the queue, but I had an unsuitable person in front of me, given that he had also specified that he had to change the scoop for me (and he used the one already present in each tray) .
As a result, the following day I went to another ice cream shop. It's already a hardship to go to clubs and burden other people's work, plus you make me weigh it in annoyance, then you don't deserve to collect anything. Not recommended
I went last night and found the possibility of an exceptional vegan platter, excellent in quality and served in a pleasant setting. Excellent service. Great beers.
Super inclusive place: I would like to point out the presence of a vegetarian, fish and meat platter and attention to food intolerances and celiac disease.

Ordered a gluten-free cream and chocolate cake. The cake was different from expectations, but delicious! Absolutely recommended (also for the value for money)
It's the second time I go to Hummus and the situation is always the same.
The first time I reported it and bypassed it because they had just opened and I was hoping that the report would reach the appropriate people.
After months I return and surprise: nothing has changed.
There are some proposals with "gluten-free" written on them which in reality are not suitable for those with celiac disease. And this in itself would be serious, but the thing that always leaves one wondering is that the product is gluten-free, but is displayed together (on the same plate) with all the other products with gluten.
So as not to simply display them on a separate plate and leave an option for celiacs too?
If I had asked for table service I would have received a product that really would have been unsuitable for my illness.
So why put the gluten-free sign? It would be enough to say "with rice flour". Oh right, it wouldn't be as catchy as the gluten-free sign.
Spoiler: there are no levels of celiac disease.
So a product is either suitable or not.
We are in 2025, we can't not know anything yet.
Besides the fact that in any case, you write something that is not true and if you wanted to attack us you could get to the bottom of the matter.
