It honestly pains me to write this but I feel the need to warn others. My family and I have loved this restaurant for years. My son has Celiac Disease and it is one of only a few restaurants that have a dedicated fryer for gluten free food. It has been a tradition of sorts to hit Stack'd prior to an Admirals game or concert at Fiserv. It has historically been outstanding. I was a bit concerned with the number of low Google reviews posted in the last few months but we hoped they were a fluke. Unfortunately, they were not. It started with drinks. My wife ordered a Diet Pepsi and she was informed they were out. It was surprising that a restaurant would run out of any soda on a Saturday afternoon. The first beer I ordered they were out of, so I ordered another. They had one bartender working doing all the drink orders, so it took quite a while to get them. I began watching and saw our drink order come together. I saw our waitress grab my beer and walk toward the taps. I could see it was a bit on the low side. The bartender said to our waitress "that is the last of it." In other words, the tap was out and she could not top off my beer. Despite that, she did not come back to inform me that beer was out as well. Instead, she served me that original beer. What was worse, the beer was stale. The food was no better. My wife ordered a burger cooked at medium. Her burger came out cooked at well done and then some. I also ordered a burger cooked medium rare and it was well done as well. What was worse, I found two bone fragments in the grass fed beef. We all had french fries as our side and I would estimate that about 80% or more of the fries were a half each in size or less. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

Best burger in town! The place’s vibe is even better than their burgers haha Plus they have gluten-free buns which are pretty fresh compared to other restaurants 😃

Really good beers and gluten-free kombucha. Very nice, spacious place with tons of natural light, feels like you are outside.

The food was great - juicy burger, tasty onion rings. Rather on the expensive side, but that seems to be the trend for everything nowadays. The service was beyond exceptional. I don't mind a paper straw but when used in a plastic cup, seems silly. Was nice to have a gluten free option for my friend.

I attempted to order online with my fiancee; I have allergies to wheat and eggs, and made my order as such. I had my entire half of the order cancelled rather than having been contacted, presumably because they were out of the gluten-free buns I needed or something like that? I don't know, because they didn't bother to call.
