Our family decided to try True Food Kitchen tonight and was pleasantly surprised. We had the Chicken Parmesan w/ spaghetti squash, lasagna bolognese, turkey burger, pepperoni pizza, and buffalo chicken salad. I got to have some of each and while they all were delicious my favorites were the chicken parm and lasagna. To top it off we tried the chocolate cake and peanut butter cup tart. To say the cake was gluten free it was awesome. The peanut tart was god but would have been better with milk chocolate instead of dark. Lastly the customer service was excellent. Jackie was our server and she made the night. Very attentive and all around great person.

My favorite burger is The Conflicted burger. The manager Eddie was really helpful in explaining the burgers to me. Do have vegan options and for gluten free buns we can get lettuce bun instead. I do recommend eating here 10/10 the fries are TO DIE FOR! (THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE BUNS NOW BUT ITS AN EXTRA 2 BUCKS)

As always, I am never disappointed with the Avalons progressiveness of including gluten free menus within their restaurants. Especially hiring servers/hosts who understand what celiac disease is. My fiancee and I both ate here Saturday evening and requested a gluten free menu. The variety was great and I was able to enjoy the food with no problems.
