I love going to True Food! I have Celiac’s, so trying to find safe places to eat gluten free is difficult. However, I feel totally safe eating at True Food and haven’t had any issues! Plus, staff is super helpful too. Valeria has been the best server and is always so kind/attentive. She makes it a great experience every time!

So disappointed! After reading many amazing reviews on their double sided gf menu and the special precautions they make for their celiac guests I decided to try. I was so excited to order because I couldn’t believe the options. We started off with the lettuce wraps and gnocchi for apps and the manager came out to double check on our order before our waitress put it through. The manager prided themselves with the extra care they take for gluten allergies and they want everyone to be able to eat at their restaurant. 2 mins later our waitress came back and said the kitchen cannot accommodate me and I could only have salads. Don’t pride yourself on the precautions you take and the extensive gf menu you provide if you really can’t provide it to those who need it. I will never return
