Went for dinner here after a show at the Honda Center. Lots of seating at 6pm on a Saturday night. Lots of gluten free options. Had the shrimp tacos which were 3 hughe tacos packed with shrimp. Fantastic flavor and all gluten free. Free parking.

My favorite Snooze brunch item is the pork belly fried rice and I get it at every Snooze I have visited in Colorado, Nevada, and Tennessee. This is the first Snooze that told me they could not make the porkbelly fried rice gluten free. I ordered my food via doordash (as I have many times from Snooze) and ordered the pork belly fried rice expecting it to be safe for me to eat (I have celiac). It wasn't, and is my fault for not checking before eating some of the rice. That being said, when I called to verify, the manager was far from helpful, and simply told me "There is a tab on DoorDash with our GF options just pick from there." I wasn't expecting a refund, but I also wasnt expecting him to respond so nonchalant, as if he has no idea how serious it is, despite being responsible for food safety in the restaurant. That being said I would not recommend this Snooze - the location in the Denver airport has better service and food than this location.

Went here Saturday at 5pm for dinner prior to heading to the Honda Center for a show. Even though there were lots of other people, we were seated within 10 min. Rapid service and everything tasted great. Unlimited refills on sodas, fries and brocklii is always nice. Needed gluten free bun and they took special care to avoid cross contamination.

My wife and I were walking in Downtown Orange, and we walked past the front door of this restaurant. We spoke with Carl, one of the investors/owners. He was telling us about the restaurant and the uniqueness of the menu. We noticed the mochi waffle on the menu, and we decided to try it. Also, their soft opening is today and tomorrow, and everything on the menu was 50% off. The waffle was soft and had a lot of flavor. It is perfect for people that have to eat gluten-free due to health reasons because it is made with rice flour. The people sitting at the same outside table as us got one of the chicken sandwiches, and the size of the chicken fillet was very generous. It will be worth trying it the next time we come into the restaurant. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. This restaurant is a great addition to the downtown area. Update (07/17/2022): I came back today to try the Ojai Chicken Sandwich. It was juicy and delicious. It was not greasy. Everything included worked well together.
