Spectacular menu at @elmiracle.vlc in Valencia, the first 100% ACECOVA-certified gluten-free restaurant with something for every taste, from creative dishes to crepes to signature burgers. The restaurant is very well located, and the service is fast and attentive. We tried their signature dishes, although their entire menu is varied and includes gluten-free products. We tried: - Causa Limeña - Smoked octopus - Duck breast - Entrecote with homemade potatoes - Nutella crepe - Brownie with vanilla ice cream Everything was delicious, each one better than the last! Definitely! A gluten-free restaurant to keep in mind in Valencia!

Epic place. So good to eat incredibly tasty vegan food in Valencia! I’m eating gluten free and there were lots of options. There was even a raw brownie which was Devine! Thanks for letting so many activists be here two days ago! I ate the food so quickly, I forgot photos! I can’t wait to come back.

Great burger joint with delicious burgers and friendly staff. Plenty of choices for different tastes: gluten free burgers and fries and veggie / chicken burgers, but most of all one of the best beef burgers in Spain.
