I ordered gluten free burgers and I specifically signalled to the store via Uber Eats that the burger needs to be gluten free (clicked gf bun and gluten allergy) as my partner has cealiac - we ordered the bacon backfire for her. When the order arrived we were suspicious as gf was not checkmarked on the box but the bun looked gluten free when compared to another gf burger. Tried to call the store for half an hour but they just did not answer the phone. After my partner tried the burger she immediately got sick due to the gluten in the burger which was not supposed to be there. Seems like ticking the gluten allergy checkmark does not matter in the Albany store - in other Burger fuel stores this never happened before... Stay away from Albany if you have an allergy!

Tasty burger and super friendly service! And conscious about gluten free food for celiacs (openly told my son to avoid the fries). Thick shakes really thick and nice! We only missed gluten free fries.... It'd be awesome to have them next time. :)

Absolutely bloody delicious. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Two coeliacs who had the best GF burger ever, and didn't get ill. Thanks guys, we will definitely be back....

The food is chef quality and yummy. Plenty of food on the plate. Very accommodating to my requests for dairy, gluten and refined sugar free dishes. Not just a few items, but rather modifications to most menu items. The best part of the atmosphere is the music. I really like their music selections. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. All great!
