A 'store' with these types of tight opening hours/days cannot be called a real store. People with celiac disease or gluten intolerance also like to eat fresh products. Little to no competition seems to lead to this kind of arbitrariness.

Staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. Their gluten free options are excellent- both main and dessert. The food was tasty and the caramel parfait was the best I've had. I was more than happy to pay the 15% service charge (they leave this as an option for you to choose to pay or not). If I'm ever back in Amsterdam, I'll be sure to come by again.

Bar located near the central station and Chinatown. The menu features many varieties of pancakes, including Dutch ones, both sweet and savory. I appreciate the possibility of gluten and lactose free options. The pancakes, the one with apples and the one with chocolate chips, are very good and generous in size. Unfortunately, despite being young, the staff is not friendly, never a smile and when I asked if there were vegan options I was told by a girl to look on the menu even if there was nothing written on the menu, I solved it by talking to the male waiter who was able to point out options not listed on the menu. We spent €10.70 per person for two pancakes.
