Small but nice place. Chosen for its gluten-free cuisine. The fried foods are good, especially the frittatine, less so the crocchettone. The schiacciata is a bit dry. The cotoletta is really excellent. Friendly staff, even if a bit too green. The bill is a bit expensive. Located centrally with respect to the sanctuary and the excavations. Parking not immediate.

The lady at the reception was as cold as the weather! The service gives no less… Small sandwich plates feel like eating on the table. Very overrated sandwiches nothing to write home about Beautiful place but no paper cups! I tried both versions of your restaurant, both the first location and I have to say that the flaw in the service has always been there but the sandwiches were much better than now... not to mention a person who, in addition to having celiac disease, is also intolerant to corn, brought us a plated chicken breast with gluten-free bread (not requested due to allergies) when this was pointed out to the waitress she replied in a snobbish tone "what are you doing"... Obviously this was our experience, we expected much more.

Awesome burgers! Some are available gluten-free with an upcharge. Some inconsistency in marking on chips and fries being gluten-free but assured the fries were. And they were outstanding. 2 gluten-removed beers available (and not Peroni!). Food was fast arriving. Service was good.
