The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. Servers are kind. There is a variety of food for everyone, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Plenty of beverage options, including mocktails. Dessert options are also creative and inclusive!

My wife, our dog and I were able to dine outside in the shade on the back porch with a friend. The outdoors option accommodates those with autoimmune issues who must distance from others for health safety. We had Ribs, Ruben and Fish dinners. The food was great and there were gluten free choices and gluten free buns for burger/sandwich substitutions. Our server, Natalie, was very pleasant, accommodating and became part of our table banter. We will return!

Absolutely loved this place! I had a Reuben sandwich and the smoked gouda mac and cheese, and both were delicious. I had the best cold brew with oat milk—smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced. My husband went for the Sicilian flatbread and an iced frappe, and he couldn’t stop raving about it. Since my daughter has celiac, I was happy to see they offer many gluten-free and vegan options on the menu. The staff was super friendly, the service was quick, and the whole vibe just felt warm and inviting. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. A true local gem!

Comfort food cooked to perfection, with hearty portions. Element offers a variety of Gluten-Free choices. Particularly tasty was the pan roasted chicken and the salmon. Element is popular among locals, so you know it’s good.
