I Had the barbacoa chiliquelles breakfast bowl. I really don’t know where to begin hmmm. Looking through the menu I didn’t read anything, the colors just grabbed me.( come to daddy, yes sir.) waiter I’ll have the ..This thing came with nachos and you talk about perfection. The beans brooo, fire fyi I love black beans with the pico, avocado slices . My plate was a mess of goodness. The barbacoa was a lil fatty, flavor definitely banging. Eggs I just ate them because they were on the plate nothing special. I’m writing this review 24 hours after and still drooling. Thanks Josh for the recommendation you rock !
Wife had the Gluten free French toast which is her staple here ( gluten free bread) with tons of fruit which she enjoyed didn’t offer me any which is a sign. The Morning meditation was eclectic.
My son devoured the regular French toast, loaded it with syrup( kids). He shared his bacon 😋. Celebrated his 9th bday breakfast .
Thanks Josh for the great service
We love coming here. The food is always fresh and hot. Each dish has a card that will tell you what it is, the ingredients, and additional info like whether it’s vegan, gluten-free, halal, etc. Being vegan, this is one of the best places in Pearland to go. You can get a variety of cold salads like tabouleh, cabbage salad, and chickpea salad. There’s a few flavors of hummus and babaganoush. For hot dishes, my favorites are the lentil soup, chickpea rice, pomegranate eggplant, cauliflower, and green beans in tomato sauce. Also, the Zaatar pie and pita bread is vegan and fresh out of the wood oven.
I had a grilled chicken sandwich with Sriracha sauce with a gluten free bun, the coleslaw was sooo good (I am picky when it comes to coleslaw) the bread fell apart on me but was still tasty. My husband had the Tri-Tip Combo (meat was medium and was cooked to perfection) the rice pilaf was good, but the grilled chicken he had, said it was really dry. My stepdaughter had mini burgers and happy face fries (she loved the bread/bun/roll, she said it was tasty) My mom in law had Mediterranean chicken pita tacos with a seasonal salad, she says it was very fresh tasting, loved the seasonal salad more than the tacos but still great!!!
This place is a hidden gem! The food is amazing - everything is fresh and flavorful and plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options. The best Venezuelan food I’ve had in the Houston area. Quaint and cozy atmosphere - looks like a hole in the wall from the outside in a gas station strip mall, but don’t be fooled. This place is great.
Revisit recently and the service was the worst I've seen one of the waiters had her kids with her and they kept running around. I also when with my fiance and she has a gluten allergy so got gluten friendly pancakes and gave her regular pancakes we had to rush to target across the street for medicine
Love this place and I wish we could go more often. Great food and drinks. Great covered patio with fans, plenty of seating, a bar, and a small yard that I'm sure kids could play in if you wanted. Staff are always friendly too. Definitely good vibes. 😌
Yummy food we've tried:
Cheese curds
Brussel sprouts
Mimosa salad
Cinnamon roll French toast
Fried shrimp, grilled shrimp
Truffle fries
Update:
I'm now gluten-free and they were willing to fry their curds in cornmeal instead of wheat flour. I was thrilled.
Love this place!!! New customers get a secret surprise!
All food I've tried is excellent . Love the Oysters, Fish Tacos, Ahi Appetizer especially, and they have a full bar!
Accommodating to gluten-free and dairy free.
The food was so good. Even better, I am gluten free and they were very conscious and knowledgeable. The kitchen made a mistake, but the waitress immediately noticed and had it fixed.
