The food was delicious and our waitress was amazing. I went for a work dinner and was surprised how nice it was. Parking was a nightmare, but they were offering free valet that I didn't realize while parking. Gluten free options!

We booked P.J. Whelihan’s to host a team dinner for 50 of our girls and their families, following our travel lacrosse tournament. Initially, we worked with the event manager, Claudia, to discuss details including the pricing, menu and space availability. She was extremely helpful, responsive and happy to have our group at the restaurant. She answered all my questions along the way. As the event grew closer, I confirmed all details with the restaurant manager, Joe, who was very friendly and accommodating. The night of the dinner we were warmly welcomed by Abby and Mikaela, our servers. Joe was also there helping to manage the event when we arrived. Abby explained all the details about the buffet, drinks, etc. The food came out on time and it was delicious! For our group we chose the MVP package which included non-alcoholic beverages, choice of 3 different sandwiches (we chose Buffalo chicken, chicken cob and pulled pork), Caesar salad, chips, rolls and butter and we added chicken fingers and fries to the package. The pricing was very fair considering the amount and quality of the food. In addition, the food was replenished consistently and there was plenty for all. We had a guest with a gluten allergy and Abby happily provided a GF menu with many options. She communicated with me during the entire evening and made sure everything was going smoothly. Mikaela handled all the beverage requests at the bar and everyone was happy with the quick and pleasant service. We were so fortunate to be located in the pub room, which is a private room that holds 50+ guests, with ample seating and its own bar. Everyone loved the room setup. It was perfect for our group and we all had a great time! If we’re ever back in the area, we WILL be coming to P.J.’s again!!!

On Friday, 10/21/22, I called in for take out dinner at 3:00. My daughter has a severe milk and egg allergy, and was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease. The much older woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I was obviously annoying her with my questions regarding the ingredients in their menu items. I asked her if there was milk or eggs in their chicken kabobs and she came back after she "checked" and said "no." She then called me back and said that there was milk and eggs in them (which tells me that she never checked). I asked what else could my daughter have. She was incredibly annoyed and said she didn't know. I asked her to check with the chef. I should have given up at this point since she was so rude. They charged me $39 for a salmon and fresh vegetables dinner (they should have charged me $32) and $10 for gluten-free penne pasta. Our company has used Panache's catering service for a few years now and we have never experienced anyone so rude! It's a shame because their food is pretty good. I would suggest training for anyone who is providing direct customer support. One bad egg can ruin it for the rest!
