The Butcher’s Daughter: A Vegetarian Gem in Williamsburg Despite its name, The Butcher’s Daughter is a plant-based paradise catering to vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free diners. Nestled in Williamsburg, it offers a perfect mix of rustic charm, hipster vibes, and fresh, inventive flavors. Ambiance & Service With industrial accents, wooden decor, exposed brick, and lush greenery, the space is effortlessly stylish yet welcoming. Whether you grab a spot at the communal tables, cozy bar, or outdoor patio, the atmosphere is perfect for brunch or a casual night out. Service is friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth dining experience even during busy hours. The Menu: Plant-Based Perfection The menu is packed with creative, fresh, and flavorful dishes. Avocado Toast – Thick sourdough or gluten-free bread topped with smashed avocado, heirloom tomatoes, pickled onions, and chili flakes. Dragon Fruit Bowl – A colorful mix of pitaya, coconut, granola, and fresh fruit. Butcher’s Pancakes – Gluten-free, fluffy, and topped with maple syrup and coconut whipped cream. Spicy Kale Caesar – Massaged kale, toasted chickpeas, cashew Parmesan, and creamy vegan dressing. Veggie Burger – A house-made lentil-mushroom-walnut patty on a gluten-free bun with sweet potato fries. Zucchini Noodle Pad Thai – Zucchini spirals tossed in peanut sauce with tofu and crushed peanuts. Best home fries in Brooklyn! Had gluten free bread as well, but the side portions were pretty small and overpriced drinks
