The restaurant is always very clean. They are also super busy all the time. The quality of the food can be a little inconsistent along with the service. It could just be new people training. I've eaten at this location a few times now. They do have a very large gluten free selection so that is a bonus.

While the wait was long (we didn't have a reservation) the food was really good. I ordered the Baby Back Ribs with Coleslaw. I stated Gluten free due to allergy and stated I was a celiac. The waitress immediately asked what I wanted as my french fries substitute. I knew instantly we were in good hands, the fact that she knew the French fries were not gluten free was very impressive. It even came out with an allergy label on it. And tasted great.
