Gluten free breakfast sandwich - on the thick gf focaccia style bread. Description of the sandwich is 5/5. Sandwich started at 4/5, then was 3/5 at end - big egg souflet is too much, bacon a tad too Smokey. Yes, I’m grading harshly because it is good - but it is gf ‘good’ not quite exceptional. Max was our server and he was truly the best! He took the time to ask the kitchen about my celiac’s disease and clarify the Low CC and No CC so that I would be safe and I gotta say, I loved it! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (mediocre order I know) but it was SO GOOD. Typically gluten free buns fall apart into crumbs, not this one. Also contrary to the listed allergens CC, the fries are gluten free and are fried in a separate fryer! It was a great experience!
