We had a bunch of food allergies at the table and the manager was really nice and gave us a bunch of options. He was also able to modify the gluten free and vegan options to include meat easily.

Most gluten free options on a delicious menu than we've seen in a long time. Gluten free CRAB CAKES!!! Who makes those?! This place does and they are excellent! The Gluten free pans Cotta dessert was one of the best gf desserts I've ever had. Service was wonderful and the atmosphere & decor are top notch. If you are looking for a very special restaurant...you've found it!

I was surprised how incredible the cocktails were at Jack and Dusty. There were genuine mixologists behind the bar. I tend to gravitate toward speakeasy-style cocktails, I love classics and also variations on them. Their menu is rich in spirit selection and their cocktail menu is thoughtful. When I asked for off-menu rye based drinks like a sazerac or green point they made them beautifully. For their old fashioned’s they used a large clear square ice cube stamped by a brass ice-stamp. While the smoking jacket, a take on the old fashioned with a single barrel Angel’s Envy exclusive to this Ritz-Carleton served in a smoked glass was a bit on the pricey side, $28, for the quality I would go back and spend that again. The food was also good but I can’t comment so much on the quality because I am vegetarian and gluten-free so I just had their butternut squash soup and fall vegetable salad - both good. Oh - the fries were good too! I’ve been to a lot of hotel bars and this one is a gem!

This is a gem. Food selections for breakfast are great. GLUTEN free options and WHOLE FOOD PLANT base options. Food taste is great. Service is amazing. Our server was Gina with beautiful smile everyday and humble. She goes extra mile to provide the best service. A great asset to this restaurant.
