Absolutely the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. The gluten free pancake flight was to die for. My family and I are all celiac and had no issues.
Discover an adorable, cozy hub with a relaxed vibe, an array of vegan choices, and a diverse variety of beverages to sample.

If you’re looking for a quick, convenient bite while exploring downtown Colorado Springs, this is a great spot to stop for breakfast or lunch. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and they have which options can be gluten free marked on the menu. They also indicate when gluten & dairy free is not possible. It is a shared kitchen but they are careful with cross contact, including making the gluten free baked goods with fresh equipment and ingredients and baking at a different time.
Quirky downtown spot with a hidden patio, unique shopping, and live music, creating a relaxed vibe perfect for friends and fun outings.

Iconic downtown eatery and bookstore. Great menu with a good variety of options with multiple choices for individuals looking for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. A variety of daily soups as well but honesty I’ve never ventured from my first meal there years ago which was the #1 pizza special with a 3-topping slice of your choice, a top notch house salad and a drink. It’s consistently amazing! Also theres a hidden patio in the back when its nice out!
A unique spot that's a bit pricey but worth it for the outstanding service and positive experience, just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Always a special and amazing experience! The courses can be ordered a la carte or as a 4-course meal consisting of cheese fondue, salad, main entree (wide selection) with desired cooking pot, and dessert fondue. *Gluten Free and vegetarian options available. Bear in mind that you will spend at least 1-1.5 hours here if going through a full 4-course meal.
The food is outstanding, well-prepared, and paired with an amazing selection of sauces (7 different sauces) to enhance flavor. The entree food is given all at once and is portioned for individual cooking (you do it yourself). The experience is easy, with dippers and cook times provided. I recommend the herb-crusted chicken and teriyaki marinated steak!
The drinks are fantastic! Each drink is mixed well with options for every taste.
The service has always been outstanding. The wait staff and managers check often and are open to inquiries and feedback. I had Isiah the last time I went and he was interactive and offered pristine attention to detail.
The decor and ambiance is great for romantic, celebratory, or causal encounters. The Melting pot can cater to whatever occasion and offers a variety of add-ons to find that special something.
I’ve been to the melting pot many times, never have I been disappointed.
Enjoy breakfast in a spotless venue with a stunning rooftop patio that showcases Colorado's beauty, plus there's no wait even on busy days!

Pricy but delicious place for breakfast or lunch! We got the gluten free French toast flight which they make with canyon bakehouse white bread + their breakfast bowls that are naturally gluten free. They cook gluten free orders in a different area of the griddle, change gloves and modify dishes as needed to ensure they are gluten free.
A must-visit for vibrant brunch vibes with bottomless mimosas and standout dishes that leave everyone craving more after their hike!

Gluten-intolerants/celiacs stay away! My partner and I chose this pub because the menu was clearly labeled for food allergies, so we thought it would be safe — NO. We ordered GF items but weren’t feeling well before we left the restaurant and spent the next 1.5 days sick, nauseous and in pain. Absolutely horrible! And the food itself was subpar — very oily and bland. I’m not sure what happened but we definitely won’t be back. PS We aren’t celiacs, but are gluten intolerant. Not a fan of leaving poor reviews, but I’d never want someone else to get this sick!
Vibrant atmosphere with pool tables and plenty of screens, serving massive NY-style slices that keep fans coming back for more.

My husband and I had the curated four course meal and it was AMAZING. We made reservations for our anniversary and made note that we were gluten free and vegan.
Each course was packed with flavor and SO DELICIOUS. Chef David did an amazing job. He even stopped by our table at the end to talk.
Service and meal were phenomenal. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much to the staff and kitchen for making a special occasion so memorable

My favorite place for gluten free pizza and charcuterie. The crust on that pizza is amazing. We tried the Rocco Brocco and Jerry Springer this time and, honestly, could NOT pick a favorite. The flavors are vibing well together, the basil limeade is divine, we love it. The monthly special is always worth taking a shot and the house puff starts you off right every time.

Spinach dip was great and the bangers and mash were okay. This is not a place for gluten free people. Pretty loud environment with live music so it’s not a place to chat.
A casual spot with original decor and a playful vibe, offering a variety of options at reasonable prices, but watch out for the strong fryer smell.

A busy, social location with a seating set-up that is just shy of being community/family style, still giving privacy to each party. The sauces here are fire and the flavors all go well together across the many fishes. House tacos, street tacos, vegan options, and lots of sides, this menu will please everyone except that taco-hating friend. But you don't need friends like that, you need house margs and esquites! Tons of gluten free options, clearly marked on the menu. Check the website for the happy hour deals and times, there are a lot of fun finds.

My husband and I had dinner with friends here. The chef took our orders and served us. She was very personable and helped me find gluten free choices. I had a delicious glazed salmon with wild rice and seasoned vegetables. The rice could have been more flavorful, but otherwise the meal was very good. Key lime pie topped off the meal nicely!

Really enjoyed Toastique and really appreciate that they have gluten free options for their toast! I ordered the 3 cheese Italian and it was delicious. The peanut butter crunch was a nice dessert toast to split and not too sweet! The table next to us ordered the smashed avocado and that looked phenomenal. Service was friendly and quick. Will definitely be back to try all the toast!
Pretty good tacos, very solid. It's not the greatest, but definitely satisfying. They sell them one by one, so it's easy to pick and choose. A lot of filling.
The place is extremely loud, but that's kinda by design.
Gluten free situation: nothing is marked, but they have corn tortillas, so it's a matter of checking with the waiter if the given option is safe.
Expect a refreshing experience with unique and creative offerings served by an accommodating team eager to make your visit special.

stopped by for a quick drink while traveling through and had a great bartender! loaded fries aren't gluten free, so I substituted sweet potato fries. they have fried pickle spears instead of chips and my boyfriend loved them!

This is the go-to place for a variety of gluten-free choices. Almost all the eateries have gluten-free safe food. From fried chicken to mac and cheese. There is also a great vegan place that is also gluten-free. Even if you are not vegan check out their fries. You won't be disappointed.
Gluten free French onion soup is the best in the springs. Love this place the most because they also have an assortment of beautiful and delicious desserts.
Enjoy an exceptional dining experience with attentive service that makes you feel right at home, perfect for special family gatherings.

We have always had such a wonderful experience here, but our most recent visit topped them all! I am a newly diagnosed celiac and I was so nervous to go out to eat, but we had family visiting. Our waitress Kate was so understanding, supportive and helpful. She verified all dishes with the chef who was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about gluten. Kate made our group feel so comfortable asking questions and made for an amazing experience. She acknowledged the importance of not contaminating my food and didn’t make me feel like I was being a burden. And I didn’t get sick! Thank you!!!!
