Sabrina was kind, informative, and very friendly. The food was the perfect size and the taste was excellent. We had the Korean Noodles with chicken and being somebody that is Gluten free it was amazing to have friend chicken options!!
Cheesecake factory is kind of a guilty pleasure. They violate a lot of rules I have about restaurants, but they somehow pull it off. Their menu is too big, but most things are good if not great. There isn't any theme to their food, but somehow they pull it off.
They are good for people with Celiacs or Gluten intolerance and their waiters seem be given training in helping people with allergy issues, so you don't have to worry when dining with large parties.
In this last visit, I had just come from another restaurant, whose service was so bad I had to get up and leave. Despite being really busy our server was fantastic. He handled our order, knew everything on the menu, handled concerns in our party and was the epitome of perfect customer service. I think his name was Paul... I honestly feel bad not remembering.
I went with the fish tacos because, I wanted something lighter, so I could have cheesecake. Unfortunately, they were, subpar to average. The tortillas tasted like they dunked the in cold oil and fish was flavorless without any sauce to brighten the flavor. Everyone else seem to enjoy their meals, so I will only ding a star for my meal. The cheesecake, was spot on, although I had to take it to go because the oiled tacos left a deep water horizon slick in my mouth.
Originally, we started coming here for only the garlic frys. Once my partner realized they had gluten-free buns, we started coming here for dinner and lunch.
Gluten-free options, and they actually taste good! Their lemon blueberry waffles and banana bread were top tier! They have an adequate drink selection and I enjoyed the brown sugar cold brew. Their prices seem kind of high, but I've come to expect that these days.
I loved this place. First time and will go again. The menu has many healthy options, gluten free, low sugar... great pastries. I had their oat pancakes and they were delicious. They are only offering outside seating right now, and it was a bit cold and windy, but not unbearable. They do not take reservations and the wait was pretty long, but we were in no rush so waited patiently. The wait staff was very friendly and didn't take too long to bring out the food. Totally recommend it!

Torsap is our go to for special meals. My son has celiac and the staff (hostesses/wait staff) here are exemplary at making sure his food is gluten free without cross contamination.
I made a mistake and ordered an item that turned out to be breaded, and as I was trying to scrape the coating off the server asked is everything all right? I mentioned my gluten intolerance and she offered to take back the dish and bring a gluten free alternative.
When she returned I was presented with a gorgeous breakfast, exactly as I imagined it and absolutely delicious! The fresh orange juice was excellent, and my partner's waffles were scrumptious.
Not only is this place a great choice for breakfast or lunch, but the quality and freshness of the ingredients make it a real hit with me! Friendly efficient service, and totally worth checking out!
Lots of GF options, many dishes are naturally gluten free and there are a lot of substitutions to make dishes GF. They also have Estrella GF beer and a dedicated GF fryer.
Hosted our son's wedding rehearsal dinner for 36 people here and the staff were incredibly on top of it - flexible and communicative in the planning and attentive during the event. The back room gave us privacy and was so comfortable. The food was DELICIOUS and accommodated Gluten Free, Vegan and Dairy Free guests! THANK YOU COOPERAGE!!!
Manakish makes me happy. The food is fresh and delicious. The service is friendly professional and so quick. Everything is halal and there are lots of gluten free options also. The covered patio is clean and bright. When my friend is in town it’s our go to for lunch!
Discovered this place through a work event and had our holiday party there this year. Excellent chicken pot pies, truffle fries, tomato and burrata, and the gluten free chocolate cake. The first time I visited I had their turkey melt sandwich and that too, was yummy. It's a hidden gem of a location in Walnut Creek. Owner Ana was very helpful with putting on the event. Thank you.
I was here Sunday morning with my parents when they opened. I never knew there was a Mediterranean spot here in Walnut Creek. I'd always drive by and I'm glad I saw this. The waitress was helpful because my mom has celiac disease and they were helpful on what dish she can eat without having to interact a problem. For those have gluten free issues, don't you worry. This was the best food I can rate. The pita bread and gyro meat was delicious. I enjoyed every bite of it. Street parking is available but it is enforced so be sure to pay the meter. They have indoor and outdoor seating along with a bar in the middle. I will definitely come back and try other items on the menu.
Our entire family LOVED the dinner at Rooftop during our family reunion (last October) and some thought it was the best large dinner party they'd ever experienced. The private area setting, the excellent food & drinks, and extra help from Luis and Nicky were wonderful. The event director, Brooklyn, was so responsive and thorough during the planning process; her attention to detail and efficient email replies were exceptional. The special attention for one relative's celiac needs ahead of time and the offering of a kids menu for the little ones were also much appreciated, as was the option for the corkage fee and an adjustment to the large party dinner menu (to add the amazing dumplings). Our family group of 25 people ranged in age from 3 to 89! Thank you all.
