I'm Gluten and Dairy Free and finding a restaurant that not only caters for my needs but also has a clear understanding is rare! But Kappad did it, their menu clearly states Gluten/Dairy (along with other allergies!) Any one that suffers an allergy will understand the anxiety surrounding eating so seeing everything well signposted gave me confidence in ordering.. but let's talk about the food, the family and I had never tried anything off the menu but the chicken stew and high range chicken was a hit, even with the 6year old! Honestly I can't wait to revisit and try more! Thank you Kappad for making what can be stressful a wonderful experience!

Our go to safe restaurant for #GlutenFree as my Mrs is coeliac! A great chain & this branch crushed it tonight… Attention to detail was incredible by Jamie today & he went over & above to make our experience outstanding! 🙏 Delicious, filling, lots of choice & of course #LoveLounging especially on a #CheekyMonday

TGI does good gluten free food for coeliacs- choices are limited though, but the food is tasty and service and atmosphere is good. Would be really good if the BBQ wings and onion rings were gluten free! Colin our waiter was excellent - whenever we've visited, he is always polite, kind, professional, takes an interest in customers and makes an effort with everything, just a really nice guy. Very good choice of food! They cater for different dietary requirements (gluten free, halal, vegan, veggie ). The food was delicious and portion sizes were good. Highly recommend the halal breakfast and ‘all the faves’!Amazing to see how successful The Brunch Lounge is since opening.
