Cade who was our waiter was absolutely amazing, he was knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and was a delight every time he came to the table. My friend who is coeliac was reassured by his confidence in the gluten free menu! We will return, thanks Caden
The Village Green cafe boldly announces gluten-free options in large lettering painted on its outside wall, so I was expecting a good choice for breakfast. Therefore, I was incredibly disappointed to find that my only choices appeared to include egg (which it's never cooked to my taste in cafes). When I asked if the granola was g-f, I felt the waitress and kitchen staff almost ridiculed me for asking such a dumb question. Trust me, it's not hard to make a g-f granola. So disappointing.
